The men's 100 metre freestyle competition at the 2002 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 27–28 at the Yokohama International Swimming Pool.[1][2] The last champion was Michael Klim of Australia.[3]
This race consisted of two lengths of the pool, both lengths being in freestyle.[4]
