125 Broad Street, formerly 2 New York Plaza, is a 40-story office building located at the intersection of Broad and South Streets.

Built in 1971, its construction was given by the architects Kahn & Jacobs. The building is 153 meters high and is located on the east side of the building 1 New York Plaza. It has a modern structural design, being, along with the 1 New York Plaza, the southernmost skyscrapers in Manhattan.[1][2]
