The APW/Vendetta Pro Unified Tag Team Championship are titles contested in both All Pro Wrestling and Vendetta Pro Wrestling. It was introduced on July 16, 2011 as the Vendetta Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championship when Dos Perfectos (Greg Hernandez and Jesse Jimenez) defeated Aaron Solo and Kimo to become the first recognized Vendetta Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions.

On December 14, 2011, it was announced that the championship would be rebranded as the Unified Tag Team Championship being co-promoted and defended at both All Pro Wrestling and Vendetta Pro Wrestling live events.[1]

On May 11, 2012 at Vendetta Pro Wrestling's "Melee 2012" event in Santa Maria, California, SU/KA (Sunami and Kadin Anthony) defeated Dos Perfectos to become the new Champions.[2]

On October 27, 2012 at Vendetta Pro Wrestling's "Terror Rising 2012" event in Santa Maria, California, Shane and Shannon Ballard defeated SU/KA to become the new titleholders in quite possibly Vendetta Pro's most controversial match ever.[3] The Ballards challenged SU/KA to accept a "Canadian Rules" match, in which a competitor must be pinned for a count of five up until five minutes have elapsed, submissions do not count until ten minutes have elapsed, and a ring countout is 20 seconds. The problem is that none of these "rules" were known until each came into play, as Sunami scored a pin in just under three minutes, prompting the Ballards to show the referee where in the "Canadian rule book" the five count rule was written. Sunami then forced Shannon Ballard to submit just before the five-minute mark, again prompting the Ballards to show the referee where the submissions rule was located. Later in the match, with the Ballards counted out of the ring after ten seconds, the Ballards—with assistance of their valet Gold Digger—once again brought the referee the "rule book", showing that a countout could only happen after a twenty count. Finally, the Ballards were able to get the pin (which apparently, was legal under "Canadian Rules") to win the match and the titles.

On January 5, 2013, The Suburban Commandos (T-Rent and D-Unit) defeated SU/KA and the defending champions The Ballard Brothers in a Triangle Tag Team Match in Hayward, California to become the first team to win the Unified Tag Team Titles on an All Pro Wrestling Event.[3]

The Current Unified Tag-Team Champions are Pink Mink, Inc ("Magnificent" Matt Carlos & "Wrestling Personified" Rik Luxury), who defeated The Suburban Commandos (D-Unit & T-Rent) in Hayward, California on April 13, 2013 at an APW Gym Wars television taping.[3]
