Acacia alaticaulis is a shrub to tree of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Botrycephalae. It is native to an area in eastern New South Wales.[1]

The spindly slender shrub to tree typically grows to a height of 4 metres (13 ft). It blooms from December to May and produces cream-white inflorescences.
