Acacia erinacea is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Mid West, Goldfields-Esperance, Wheatbelt and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.[1]

The rigid and prickly shrub typically grows to a height of 0.1 to 1.5 metres (0 to 5 ft). It blooms from June to November and produces yellow flowers.
