Acacia pritzeliana is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia.[1]

The open shrub typically grows to a height of 0.2 to 0.9 metres (0.7 to 3.0 ft). It blooms from April to June and produces yellow flowers.
