Acraea oreas, the Black-and-white Acraea, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Angola, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia.[2] The habitat consists of mountainous areas at altitudes between 1,300 and 2,000 metres.

Adults are attracted to damp patches, excrement and rotten meat.

The larvae feed on Urera cordifolia and Morus species.
