Adolf von Harnier

Adolf Freiherr von Harnier (April 14, 1903 - May 12, 1945) was a German jurist who defended clerics and Jews during the National Socialist era. He was the leader of a group which supported the restoration of monarchism in Bavaria. He was arrested in 1939 and died in 1945 shortly after his liberation by US troops.[1]
