Alfred Haase (9 September 1898 – 24 February 2000) was a German officer in the German Wehrmacht during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, which was awarded by Nazi Germany to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
