Anna M.M. Vetticad

Anna M.M. Vetticad is an Indian film critic and journalist.^[1][2][3] She has been in the field of journalism since 1994.^[4][5] Vetticad has also hosted her own interview show, Star Trek, on Headlines Today.^[6][7][8][9]

Early life and career

Vetticad was born to Malayali parents on 2 June 1975 in Delhi. She completed her schooling from the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Delhi. She has worked with India Today (1994-2002) and The Indian Express (2002-2005) before switching to television.^[10][11] She worked with Headlines Today till 2011. She lives in Delhi with her family.^[12] She also used to write columns in leading magazines and newspapers.^{[13][14][15][16][17][18][19]} Vetticad is the author of the book The Adventures of an Intrepid Film Critic, which is an overview of the Hindi film industry.^{[20][21][22][23][24][25][26]} She is visiting faculty of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi.

She was the jury member of the 7th Filmsaaz^[27]
