Aquib Shaffi B Afzaal (born 2 February 1985) is an English cricketer. Afzaal is a left-handed batsman who bowls right-arm off break. He was born in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

Afzaal represented the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board in a single List A match against Oxfordshire in the 2002 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy which was played in 2002.[1] In his only List A match, he wasn't required to bat or bowl.

Afzaal currently plays club cricket for West Indian Cavaliers Cricket Club in the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board Premier League.

Family

His brother Usman has played Test cricket for England, as well as first-class cricket for Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Surrey and the Marylebone Cricket Club. His other brother Kamran played a single List A match for the Derbyshire Cricket Board in 1999.
