Arnold Kransdorff

Arnold Kransdorff is an expert practitioner of knowledge management who first identified the phenomenon of corporate amnesia. This was documented in his first book, Corporate Amnesia.[1][2] In 2006 he wrote Corporate DNA: Using Organizational Memory to improve poor decision-making.[3]

He owns the consulting firm 'Pencorp'.[4]
