August Ames (born 23 August 1994), is a Canadian pornographic actress.[3]

Early life

Ames was born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.[2] She is of mostly Polish descent, with some African American ancestry.[3][4][5] As an army brat, she grew up in several different places throughout Canada.[6] Her first job was babysitting.[7] At age 14, she started working in a horse ranch in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States, where she worked for two summers.[7] Her job there involved cleaning stables, as well as teaching disabled children how to ride horses for therapy.[7] She later worked as a zumba and yoga instructor.[7] Shortly before entering the adult film industry, she was bartending and working at a tanning salon.[2]

Career

Ames entered the adult film industry in November 2013.[2] Her first porn performance was in a solo stocking fetish scene.[2] She did her first boy/girl scene for the Wicked Pictures film Selfies.[2]
