Badyal is a village in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 18 kilometres (11 mi) from Kapurthala , which is both district and sub-district headquarters of Badyal. The village is administrated by a sarpanch, an elected representative of the village.[1]

According to the report published by Census India in 2011, Badyal has a total number of 78 houses and population of 375 of which include 175 males and 200 females.
