Banu Alkan

Banu Alkan (born as Liz Remka Rebronja,[1] 1 April 1958, Dubrovnik, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Turkish-Croatian female actor. She moved to Edremit, Balıkesir, Turkey in 1966 when she was 8.[2] She described as an "80s pop culture icon of Turkey".[3] Her first film appearance was in the 1976 film Taksi soförü (Taxi Driver) directed by Şerif Gören.
