History

Behind The Blinds AKA Filmmaking 101 was inspired and written by Charles Ancelle, a French-born producer, director, and writer. He found his passion for visual arts and Hollywood films at an early age. This early persistence gave him a particular sense of detail and dedication as well as a strong taste for American Cinema. His first project was created and published in 2009.[2]

Plot

Behind The Blinds AKA Filmmaking 101 is an original comedy web-series that follows an independent film production led by two Eastern European mobsters. Having no experience with this business, the mobsters hire incompetent people and it slowly spins out of control as the director, cast members and crew members all pitch in conflicting creative ideas. In the middle of all that, the writer fights to maintain some sort of coherence in the film and to stay alive.
