Berhampore Court railway station

Berhampore Court railway station, Baharampur, near Kolkata, West Bengal, India, lies in the Sealdah-Lalgola section of the Eastern Railway. It is one of the important stations like Ranghat Junction or Krishnanagar City Junction.

It is located 186 km from Sealdah Railway Station.

Currently the track is single line but the work of doubling the track is in progress.

Every day it handles huge numbers of passengers from almost all over Murshidabad district. It takes about 4.5 hours for passenger trains and 3.5 hours for express trains to reach from Sealdah/Kolkata to Berhampore Court.

There is a proposed flyover to be constructed over two rail gates: Chuapur rail gate and Panchanantala rail gate (NH34).

The railway station has currently 2 platforms.
