Bhuwan K.C. (Nepali: भुवन केसी Listen , born: 23 August 1957) is a Nepali film actor, producer, and director. Starting his career as a singer for Radio Nepal[1] with hits such as "Jaage Saara Raat", he went on to become a superstar of the Nepali film industry acting in more than a hundred films,[1] including some foreign films. The 1983 film Juni was his first film, although it was not commercial success.

Samjhana was his first hit, in 1984, and it helped to establish him as a successful actor in Nepali cinema. His other successful movies are Nepali Babu, Karodpati , Kusume Rumal, Saino, Dakshina, Kanyadan, and Chino. In 2016 he directed the film Dreams, with his son Anmol K.C. in the lead role.[2]
