Billy Kaunda

Billy Kaunda is a former member of parliament from Mzimba District and currently Deputy Minister of Youth Development and Sports. He went to parliament on an independent ticket in the 2009 Parliamentary and presidential elections but it pleased Bingu wa Mutharika to appoint him deputy Minister in his Government.
