The Blackwater River originates at 30°38′24″N 87°42′08″W / 30.63991°N 87.70221°W / 30.63991; -87.70221 near Loxley, and discharges into the Perdido River at 30°28′57″N 87°26′07″W / 30.48241°N 87.43525°W / 30.48241; -87.43525 near Lillian.[2]
