Bonde das Maravilhas

Bonde das Maravilhas is a Brazilian funk carioca group who gained fame with the music video of "Quadradinho de Oito".

The group was fronted by six young female dancers from Niteroi, Rio de Janeiro "Thaysa, Karol, Gaby, Kathy, Rafaella, Renatinha and Thamirys". In 2014 fans and the public were surprised when two of the girls became pregnant. The first was Renata at only 14 years old and the second was Karol who was 19. Both left the group and returned in May 2015 after the birth of their children.
