Brookfield Place Calgary is a full-block commercial development located between 1st & 2nd Streets and 6th & 7th Avenues SW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; consisting of 220,000 square metres (2.4 million square feet). A 56 storey and 247 metres tall tower in the northeast corner of the block will be Calgary's tallest building. North American oil company Cenovus Energy will lease 90,000 square metres (1 million square feet) of the east tower as the anchor tenant.

In addition to the east tower, development plans call for an additional office tower totalling 90,000 square metres (1 million square feet), an 18-metre-high (60 ft) transparent glass pavilion, restaurants, retail shops and amenities at street level, and underground parking accommodating 1,100 parking stalls.

The development will include a 2,000-square-metre (12-acre) public plaza featuring restaurants, public art displays, cultural activities and programmed activity provided by Brookfield’s Arts & Events program.

The development will be constructed to achieve LEED Gold standard for Core & Shell development. Commuters will have direct access to the plus 15 skywalk system and the Ctrain LRT system on 7th Ave. The property will house a bicycle parking facility accessible by dedicated bike ramps separate from vehicular traffic and electric car plug-in recharge stations.
