American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars has appeared in twenty-four music videos, two films and five television shows. After appearing in a few music videos between 2008 and 2010, including "Wavin' Flag (Coca-Cola Celebration Mix)", a video for "The Other Side" was released to introduce him to the music industry, as lead artist.[1] In 2010, he released videos for "Just the Way You Are" and "Grenade", both taken from his debut album Doo-Wops & Hooligans. The former won Popular International Music Video at the 2011 Channel [V] Thailand Music Video Awards,[2] a MTV Video Music Award Japan for Best Male Video in 2011,[3] favorite International video at the 2011 Myx Music Awards.[4] Mars usually co-directs his videos along with Duddy, the duo has so far directed seven videos.[lower-alpha 1]

In 2011, videos for "The Lazy Song", "Liquor Store Blues" and "It Will Rain" were released. The latter, was awarded Best Male Video at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards Japan.[12] Mars' second album Unorthodox Jukebox (2012) spawned the single "Gorilla", whose music video is set in a fictional South of the Border strip club named "La Jungla".[9][13] The Cameron Duddy and Bruno Mars-directed video "When I Was Your Man" depicts him as a lonely balladeer. The video for the lead single, "Locked Out of Heaven", won in the category of Best Male Video at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.[14] The third single, "Treasure" won a MTV Video Music Award for Best Choreography at the 2013 ceremony.[14] The Mark Ronson's collaboration "Uptown Funk" won Video of the Year at the 2015 Soul Train Music Awards.[15]

In addition to his music videos, Mars has starred as Little Elvis in the movie Honeymoon in Vegas (1992), as well as voicing Roberto in Rio 2 (2014). He has appeared in the same television show three times, Saturday Night Live, by the second time he hosted and performed in the same episode, in October 2012. Mars has additionally starred in episodes for the television shows Sesame Street, The Cleveland Show and Jane the Virgin.

 Nick Bilardello and Cameron Duddy Follows Mars in a casual day in his life, from posing at a photo shoot to "scratch" on an empty sidewalk. Throughout the video his artistic abilities are shown by playing instruments, as he tries to integrate the overnight success with his daily basis. [1]
"Just the Way You Are" None Ethan Lader As Mars walks in his love interest, Nathalie Kelley, is listening to "Just the Way You Are" on her Walkman. Mars stops the tape player, removes the cassette tape. Then, he pulls the media out of the cassette tape and arranges the media into several shapes such as letters, a drum and a bell which he rings with his fingers in synchronization with the chimes. "Grenade" None Nabil Elderkin Filmed in L.A. Mars drags a piano across the city, as a way of showing affection to a girl who doesn't love him back. In the way to her house, he meets some unpleasant personas and founds his beloved with another man. Mars drags the piano away and ends up in a railroad track, hoping to end his misery. [20]
"Liquor Store Blues" 2011 Damian Marley Jake Summer Features Mars and Marley singing together in a psychedelic room with a colorful background. Smoke emerges in the screen in every direction during the whole video. [21]
"The Lazy Song" None Cameron Duddy and Bruno Mars The official video is one continuous and uninterrupted shot, Mars sings in a bedroom with five monkeys, they perform dance moves typical of a boy-band, fool around and mimick the song's lyrics. Philip Lawrence makes an appearance, before being driven off by the chimps. The video ends with Mars pouring confetti and striking a pose for the camera. [5]
None Nez An alternative version for the official video was created and features Leonard Nimoy and his daily routine in a lazy life. Mars and Philip Lawrence appear on the video, walking out of a grocery store as Nimoy walks in. [22]
"Lighters" Bad Meets Evil Rich Lee Mars plays an upright piano during his verses. Meanwhile, Bad Meets Evil find their way from their own darkness' to the light through an underground tunnel. They rise through a manhole which leads them to a field where Mars is singing. The video ends with a group watching the rise of sky lanterns aglow. [23]
"It Will Rain" None Phil Pinto and Bruno Mars Starts with Mars spoiling and kissing a love interest, however, things escalate by the time they start to fight which leads into loneliness for both. The video intercuts with footage of the film The Twilight: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 with Bella and Edward. [24]
"Young, Wild & Free" Snoop Dogg
Wiz Khalifa		 Dylan Brown Mars does not appear in the music video. Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa are the two students from N. Hale High School having fun with Slip-N-Slide and girls, footage from the movie is also featured in the video. [25]
"Mirror" 2012 Lil Wayne Antoine Fuqua Through the video Lil Wayne is shown splashing red, black and white paint on a mural on the wall. Mars is either sitting on a ladder singing or singing while standing up. In the end of the video, the painting turns out to be Wayne crucified on a cross. [26]
"This Is My Love" Gold 1
