The Butler Peaks (71°31′S 67°10′W / 71.517°S 67.167°W / -71.517; -67.167Coordinates: 71°31′S 67°10′W / 71.517°S 67.167°W / -71.517; -67.167) are a group of peaks at the south end of the Batterbee Mountains, located about 4 nautical miles (7 km) south of Mount Bagshawe between Armstrong Glacier and Conchie Glacier. The peaks were named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee after Peter F. Butler, a British Antarctic Survey geophysicist at Stonington Island, 1969–70 and 1973.[1]
