Clarence Woods Johnston, M.C., M.D. (November 19, 1888 - October 13, 1949) was the fourteenth mayor of the Canadian Village of Elkhorn.

Born in Newmarket, Ontario, Johnston grew up in Morden, Manitoba and attended the University of Manitoba, graduating in 1914. He enlisted in the Canadian Army Medical Corps in 1916 and was awarded the Military Cross at the Battle of Ypres. He was discharged in July, 1919, and purchased the medical practice in Elkhorn from Dr. Robert Goodwin.[1]
