CJVR-FM is a Canadian radio station broadcasting at 105.1 FM in Melfort, Saskatchewan. Owned by Fabmar Communications, the station airs a country music format. It is located with sister station CKJH at 611 Main Street.

History

The station received CRTC approval on December 7, 2001 and originally began broadcasting in 2002.[1] CJVR is currently a sister station of CKJH, which first went on the air in 1966 as the original CJVR at 1420 AM. In 1995, CJVR moved to 750 AM, where it has remained to the present.[2] The station changed to its present call letters in 2002 when CJVR-FM signed on and adopted the AM station's previous country format, while CKJH switched to an oldies music format. The station was formerly called FM Country CJVR. Since 2011, it has been 105 CJVR Todays Best Country.
