Cem Karaca (born 8 May 1976 in Hofheim) is a Turkish-German football player.[2] He currently plays midfielder for Türkischen SV Wiesbaden.[3]

He also played for 1. FC Kaiserslautern in 1995–97 (12 goals in 35 matches), FC St. Pauli between 1997 and 2000 (five goals in 75 matches), Yimpaş Yozgatspor in 2000–02 (5 goals in 70 matches) and Fenerbahçe in 2002–03 (one goal in 23 matches), Konyaspor (2003–05), Kayserispor (2005), Sivasspor (2005–07).

He played once for the Turkish B national team and three times for the U21.[4]

In the 2000–01 season, he was suspended from football for six months after doping test.[5]
