Chandler's disease

Chandler's disease (also called Osteochondritis dissecans) is a rare condition in which spontaneous osteonecrosis of the femoral head in an adult is analogous to Legg-Calve-Perthes syndrome in children.[1] This disease is caused when blood flow is reduced to the part of a bone near a joint.[2]
