"Channel Chasers" is the eighteenth episode of Season 4 of The Fairly OddParents. It was the second Fairly OddParents television film. Alec Baldwin was a featured guest star in the voice role of Adult Timmy.

TV shows and channels

According to the deleted song "If I Lived In TV", there are parodies of Three's Company, Barney & Friends, The Six Million Dollar Man, Star Wars, Happy Days, The Today Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, Saturday Night Live, Friends, American Idol, Diff'rent Strokes and CNN World News.

There are also rumors that the movie would feature parodies of Ned's Newt, Camp Lazlo, Little Bear, Spider-Man, Mork & Mindy, Fraggle Rock, Kipper the Dog, The Mickey Mouse Club, SpongeBob SquarePants, Inspector Gadget, and The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, but due to time purposes they were deleted off from the final cut.

Plot

After being grounded from watching TV, Timmy wishes himself into the world of television in order to escape the harsh reality of his life and his parents. Unfortunately for him, his carelessness with magic results in Vicky taking over the world in the future. It's all up to Timmy to stop her in attempts to prevent her from destroying Dimmsdale, while escaping a mysterious masked man that is trying to track him down.
