Charles D. Spearman (January 14, 1913 – September 8, 2000) was an American football coach. Spearman was the head football at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff from 1956 until 1961. His coaching record at Arkansas–Pine Bluff was 21–35–2.[1]
