Chief Scout

In the Scout Movement a Chief Scout is the uniformed head of a Scouting organisation:

A Chief Scout or Chief of Scouts traditionally was a person in charge of intelligence, reconnaissance, and scouting in the English Navy, armies during the English Civil War or in expeditions, colonies or frontiers such as in the United States and Canada and in southern Africa.

In sports teams, a Chief Scout is also a title of a person who scouts for potential new players.
