His DJing career started in 2002 when he began the Flux parties with Andi Hawes, and the offshoot record label Flux Recordings. Regular gigs have included Fabric, The End and Sankeys. Since 2003, Finke has held DJ at the UK's biggest techno party Atomic Jam night, which has been a regular feature at the renowned Q Club venue, plus he has also held residencies at Decadence in Ghent, Belgium.[1] From 2003 Finke began to DJ around the world and has played shows across Europe, the far east and in the USA.

He has written and produced numerous tracks, inititally releasing mainly on his own Flux Recordings but more recently labels such as Mote Evolver.[2] In 2006 Finke remixed 'Blow Your House Down' by A Guy Called Gerald and in 2008 his EP 'Petrol Bomb' was widely well received and charted on Pete Tong's Buzz Chart.[3]

Finke is an experienced broadcaster, presenting the news and shows in local radio in his early days and co-presented the now 'Split' radio show with Ben Sims from 2004-2008.
