The Coffeyville Journal is a two-day (Wednesday-Saturday) newspaper covering the city of Coffeyville . It is owned by the Sumner family, owner of three Oklahoma newspapers. Along with two additional Oklahoma papers, the Sumners purchased the Journal from Community Newspaper Holdings in October 2007.[1][2]
