Congenital cartilaginous rest of the neck

Congenital cartilaginous rest of the neck (also known as a "Cervical accessory tragus," and "Wattle") is a cutaneous condition characterized by branchial arch remnants that are considered to be the cervical variant of accessory tragus.[1]
