Coordenação de Aperfeicoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior
The Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) is an organization of the Brazilian federal government under the Ministry of Education, devoted to funding and evaluating postgraduate education in the country as well as to funding Brazilian researchers during their studies at foreign institutions.[1]
