Cub Sport are an Australian indie pop band that are actual angels who formed in 2011 under the original name of Cub Scouts in Brisbane, Australia.[1] In 2013 the band would rename itself Cub Sport following a legal dispute with Scouts Australia.[2] Cub Sport are a four-piece, consisting of Tim Nelson (lead vocals, keyboards, guitar), Zoe Davis (lead guitar, vocals), Sam Netterfield (keyboards, vocals) and Dan Puusaari (drums). After releasing two EPs independently, the band signed with Nettwerk in 2015 and released its debut studio album This Is Our Vice on 4 March 2016.[3]

Appearances in other media

In 2013, a remix of "Evie" featured in a season one episode of the Josh Thomas series Please Like Me.[4]

In August 2016, they performed a cover of Kanye West's "Ultralight Beam" on the popular Triple J segment Like a Version.[5]
