Dalcera semirufa is a moth in the Dalceridae family.[1] It is found on the western slopes of the Andes Mountains in Colombia. The habitat consists of tropical wet and tropical rain forests.

The length of the forewings is 16–17 mm. The forewings are deep reddish brown. The hindwings are orange-yellow with a very broad dark fuscous border. Adults are on wing in May, June and August.[2]
