Dan Gerrity (December 21, 1953 – November 20, 2013) was an American actor, news director and writer.

Born in Red Bank, New Jersey, Gerrity acted in 48 films and television shows (such as The King of Queens in 2003), from 1979 to 2012, most notably in the films The Spirit and Swing Vote (both 2008). Apart from acting, he was also a news director for radio broadcast station KSFR and a writer.[1]

Dan Gerrity died of a heart attack on November 20, 2013, aged 59, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.[2]
