David Birney (bishop)
David Bell Birney IV (November 26, 1929-February 2004) was twelfth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Idaho. An alumnus of Franklin and Marshall College and the Virginia Theological Seminary, he was diocesan bishop from 1982 to 1989.
