David Hotyat was charged on 11 April 2003 for the vanishing and the killings of a real estate promoter named Xavier Flactif. His wife and children have been killed as well. Their bodies were then taken to the forest and burned. The spree took place in Le Grand-Bornand, Haute-Savoie, France.[1]
