Dolphin Estate

Dolphin Estate is a residential area in Ikoyi part of Eti Osa Local Government area in Lagos. It was built by Messrs HFP Engineering Nigeria in the year 1990 for the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, LSDPC.[1]

It is the estate where Funsho Williams a popular PDP Lagos governership aspirant was murdered.[2]

The estate also hosts several hotels like Oakwood Park Hotel, Casa Hawa-Safe Court, Le Paris Continental Hotel and Pelican Intercontinental Hotel[3]
