Doug Skaff

Douglas John Skaff, Jr. is a former American politician from the state of West Virginia. He is member of the Democratic Party, Skaff served in the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 35th district. He gave up his House seat to run for the State Senate in the 2014 elections, but was defeated.

On October 18, 2014, Skaff was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Morgantown, West Virginia.[1] This was three weeks before the election and led to his defeat. He later pleaded guilty.

On November 4, 2015, Skaff was arrested for cheating at gambling. He later pleaded guilty and was banned for life from the state's casinos.
