E. Ann Kaplan

E. Ann Kaplan is Professor of English in the Stony Brook State University of New York.^[1] She is published author. Kaplan introduced the concept of imperial gaze, in which the observed find themselves defined in terms of the privileged observer's own set of value-preferences.
