Earle Grey Award

The Earle Grey Award is the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Canadian Gemini Awards. Named after the first president of the Toronto ACTRA branch, the Earle Grey Award is presented annually to an actor or actress in recognition of their body of work in television. It can be presented to an individual or collaborative team (such as SCTV or Royal Canadian Air Farce).

Nominations for the award are presented by professionals within the Canadian television community and the decision of who will win the award is made by a special committee.

The Earle Grey has been an annual feature of the Geminis since their inception in 1986.
