Elias Saleeby
Elias Saleeby is a former Liberian politician. He was at the World Bank, before becoming the Finance Minister of Liberia from July 1997 until February 1999 and Central Bank Governor from 1999 until 11 May 2004, when he resigned after a visit by the International Monetary Fund.
