The Ephraim Atwood House is an historic house at 110 Hancock Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The 1-1/2 story wood frame house was built in 1839; it is basically Greek Revival in its form, with a full width front porch with Doric columns, but it also has Gothic Revival features, including bargeboard decoration on it gable and dormers. The house is, along with the nearly identical house next door, one of the oldest buildings in the city's Dana Hill area, which saw increased development after the old mansion of Francis Dana burned in 1839.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
