Erez Komarovsky

Erez Komarovsky is a chef and baker in Israel[1] Afar (magazine) described him as "the first contemporary baker to introduce artisanal bread to Israel."[1][2] and he is considered to be one of the leading cooks who defined the Israeli Cuisine in the late 1980's and 90's. Komarovsky used to operate a chain of Israeli bakeries using his name, Lehem Erez (Erez's Bread)[2] of which he no longer owns or have any connection to. Komarovsky now teaches cooking classes in Mizpe Matat.[1]
