Ethel Mabel Raby, later Davies[1] (8 October 1914 30 March 2008),[2] was an English athlete who competed in the 1938 British Empire Games.

At the 1938 Empire Games she won the silver medal in the long jump event. She was also a member of the English relay team which won the silver medal in the 220-110-220-110 yards competition. In the 100 yards contest as well as in the 80 metre hurdles event she was eliminated in the heats. She also competed in the 1938 European Championships in Athletics held in Vienna and finished fourth in the long jump competition.
