Evan Oliphant (born 8 January 1982) is a Scottish bicycle racer from Wick, Caithness,[1] riding for Team Raleigh–GAC since 2012,[2] having spent the previous three seasons with Endura Racing.

Oliphant represented Scotland on the track and in the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne on the road.
