F. J. Heseltine (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Heseltine's batting style is unknown.

Heseltine made two first-class appearances for the Surrey Club, both against the Marylebone Cricket Club, with one match in 1853 at The Oval and the other at Lord's the following year.[1] In four batting innings, Heseltine scored 2 runs.[2]
